Application form along with Information Brochure of SAAT-2012 is available at the selling counters of each and every institutions of SOA. It is also available in the selected branches of Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank, Syndicate Bank and Central Bank of India.

The Applications can also be downloaded from the web site of SOA. However, the students have to send the filled in downloaded application form along with a DD of Rs. 750/- drawn in favour of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University payable at Bhubaneswar.
