Recruitment for Group X Trades in Indian Air force for Odisha
Indian Air Force is inviting suitable unmarried male Indian citizens from the districts of Odisha to join the recruitment rally for the selection of Airmen in the state. The position name will be Group X (Technical) trades. This recruitment rally will be held from 12th February 2012 to 19th February 2012. The candidates have to reach at the venue before 7 A.M. cause every day from 7 A.M. the recruitment test will be started. Candidates reporting before 10 A.M. will be allowed to take part in the recruitment test.
Selection Programme of Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally in Odisha for Airmen Selection
On 12th February 2012, written test, physical fitness test (PET) for Group X (Technical) trades will be done for Bargarh, Balangir, Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri, Deogarh, Nuapada, Koraput, Angul and Dhenkanal district candidates.
On 13th February 2012, interview of candidates passed the written test and PET held on 12th February will be done. Trade allocation test and medical examination of interview qualified candidates will be done.
On 14th February 2012, written test, physical fitness test (PET) for Group X (Technical) trades will be done for Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Khurda, Boudh, Malkangiri, Nabarangapur, Sonepur, Kalahandi and Kandhamal district candidates.
On 15th February 2012, interview of candidates passed the written test and PET held on 12th February will be done. Trade allocation test and medical examination of interview qualified candidates will be done.
On 16th February 2012, written test, physical fitness test (PET) for Group X (Technical) trades will be done for Balaosre, Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Nayagarh, Keonjhar, Jharsuguda, Sundergarh, Sambalpur and Rayagada district candidates.
On 17th February 2012, interview of candidates passed the written test and PET held on 12th February will be done. Trade allocation test and medical examination of interview qualified candidates will be done.
18th and 19th February has reserved for any delay in the recruitment rally programme.
Educational Qualifications Needed for Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally in Odisha for Airmen Selection
The candidates should have passed Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent examination with taking Mathematics, Physics and English with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or They should have passed a 3 years diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or electronics or automobile or computer science or instrumentation technology or information technology with at least 55% marks in overall aggregate from a Govt recognized polytechnic institute. 49.9% marks will not be treated as 50%.
Age Limits:-The candidates should be born between 1st January 1991 to 31st March 1995. Both dates inclusive.
Other Eligibility Needed for Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally in Odisha for Airmen Selection
The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination from the recognized board of Odisha or should fulfill the domicile requirements as applicable to the state of Odisha. (Domicile certificate issued by DM/SDM, Tehsildar or any official authorized by the State Govt of Odisha will be accepted)
Sons of serving/retired/discharged/deceased air force personnel, irrespective of their domicile status may be permitted to appear the rally subject to submission of Son of Air Force Personnel Certificate as a proof in the following categories.
>(i)Father/Mother is presently serving in any Air Force unit is located in the designated districts of Odisha.
>(ii)Ex-IAF personnel/families of deceased personnel who are residing in the designated districts of the state of Odisha (on production of proof of minimum stay of one year and original and one photo copy of discharge book).
