Constable and Head Constable Jobs in Indo Tibetan Boarder Police Force (ITBP)

Applications are invited from male Indian Citizens for filling up the vacancies of following positions in Group-C category in ITBF on temporary basis likely to be permanent.

Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) position in ITBP

No of Posts: 58 Nos. (UR-23, SC-07, ST-01, OBC-27)
Qualification: 10th Pass from a recognized board
Desirable: Certificate in Motor Mechanic from a recognized institution/ITI or 3 years diploma in Automobile Engineering
Experience: 3 years of practical experience in the trade
Age Limit: 19 to 25 years of age
Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-. Other allowances as per govt. Regulations.

Constable (Motor Mechanic) position in ITBP

No of Posts: 135 Nos. (UR-57, SC-22, ST-11, OBC-45)
Qualification: 10th Pass from a recognized board
Desirable: Certificate in Motor Mechanic from a recognized institution/ITI
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years of age
Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-. Other allowances as per govt. Regulations.

Constable (Driver) position in ITBP

No of Posts: 425 Nos. (UR-180, SC-154, ST-39, OBC-52)
Qualification: 10th Pass from a recognized board
Desirable: Valid driving licence for light/medium/heavy vehicle
Experience: 2 years of practical experience in driving
Age Limit: 20 to 25 years of age
Salary: Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-. Other allowances as per govt. Regulations.

Note: Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen is as per Govt. Regulations.

Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST by 5 years, OBC by 3 years and Govt. Servant by 5 years.

Application FeeThe candidates belonging to General and OBC are required to pay Rs.50/- only as application fee (Non-refundable) in the form of CRFS/IPO/Crossed DD. The DD should be drawn in favour of "Inspector General, (Northern) Frontier, ITBP" payable at SBI IMA- Dehradun , Code No. 0739.
