The Hon'ble Prime Minister of Indian, Dr.Manmohan Singh had inaugurated the function on 3rd January, 2012 . The Children's Congress of the conference Indian Science Congress 2012 inaugurated by Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, Hon'ble former president of India. The Women's Congress of the conference was inaugurated by Smt. Nirupama Rao, The Hon'ble Indian Ambassador for United States. The various scientist and educationalist from various states and other countries presented their new inventions and papers on the various topics related to this conference.

H Channal from Karnataka is winner of National Essay & Quiz Competition (Junior Level). Urja Narayan from Jharkhand is winner of National Essay & Quiz Competition (Junior Level) and received cash prize.
