A Village without doors
People say, Goddess Kharakhai said to them to not built any doors at their houses and do regular rituals/pujas at the temple. The village is a very short length of 1 km. where at the end of the village Maa Kharakhai's temple situates. The temple doesn't have any roof; as its roof is the sky and Maa stays under the open roof of sky with sunlit (khara) so it's named as Maa Kharakhai. Devotees willing to get something good/fortune in their/family's life, donates a horse idol of mud at the feet of the Goddess. Maa Kharakhai saves and protects the villagers from every obstacles and barriers.
