Orissa Forest Department is now looking for 425 Forester positions in its different divisions and offices throughout the state in the scale of pay INR 5,200/- to 20,200/- with grade pay INR 2,000/- per month with usual D.A. and other allowances as admissible. Forester Jobs at Orissa Forest Department

Orissa Forest Department invites 425 candidates for its "Forester" Posts in its different divisions and offices around the state. For which, the eligible candidates has to appear a written test on 25th September 2011 (Sunday) in two subjects i.e. Oriya language and Mathematics (Matriculation standard). Each paper will be one hour duration with 20 marks. After qualifying the test the candidates will be called for verification of original certificates, physical measurement or test, cycling test, walking test and viva-voice test one-by-one.

Eligibility criteria for the post of Forester Job at Orissa Forest Department

Must be a citizen of India
Must speak, read, and write Oriya fluently
Must have passed +2 Science with Oriya up to minimum 7th Standard
Must registered with District Employment Exchange
Must be within 20 years to 32 years of age as on 01-July-2011. Relaxation in age limit for SC/ST/Women/SEBC/Ex-Army as per the rules.

Application procedure for the post of Forester Job at Orissa Forest Department

Eligible candidates may send their Application form with two passport size photograph duly attested, five stamped (25/-)self addressed envelopes (size 22cm x 10cm), each attested photocopies of Certificates of +2 Science and HSC, Mark Sheets of +2 Science and HSC, Caste certificates, Employment Exchange Card, Sports or Athlete certificates, Ex-servicemen certificate by District Sainik Board and Character Certificate by registered post or hand on or before 8th September 2011 at:
