National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement

National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement is a program by Ministry of Women and Child Development. Organized by State Govt. for social welfare purpose. Children achieved outstanding performance and extra-ordinary talents will be awarded with Gold and Silver medal. The participation procedure for year 2011 is described in this article.

National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement

If any child with exceptional talent and ability and/or who have achieved outstanding performance in Education, Art, Culture, Sports, and any other field found, make him/her to participate in this Award program organized by Ministry of Women and Child Development.

Nature of National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement

Award consists and to be awarded on Children's day, 14th November 2011, are:-

1 no. of Gold Medal (All India basis) with cash prize Rs. 20,000/-
1 no. of Silver Medal (All Orissa basis) with cash prize Rs. 10,000/-
A certificate for each awardee
A citation for each awardee

Application Procedure for National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement

Application can be collected from District Social Welfare Officer at free of cost and to be returned after duly filled.
Application form can be downloaded from web-link: http://orissagov.nic.in/wcd
Application should reach by the Collector to Women and Child Development on or before 15-July-2011.
