Introduction to Chanakya Hotel

The Chanakya BNR Hotel is situated in Puri in Orissa. This is one of the modern hotel and the famous railway heritage hotel which also describes the story of India's magnificent Railway. This hotel is located at about 200 meters from the picturesque Puri beach. Chanakya hotel contains many photographs about the railway inside the hotel.

The War Room of Chanakya Hotel

The War room is nothing but the conference room. Here in this Chanakya hotel, they call conference room as War room. This conference room provides all the required facilities to the people. This room is situated in the heart of the Chanakya building. The arrangement of seats are in U shape and in Theatre style. If the seating is in U shape, then it will accomodate 24 guests and if the arrangment of seat is in Theatre style, then it will accomodate 30 guests.

Apart from this war room, there are many other rooms available in this Chanakya hotel, which will accomodate around 60 to 100 guests.

Dining Car of Chanakya Hotel

BNR means Bengal Nagpur Railways. BNR is mainly known for it's electable cuisine. In chankya hotel this place is called as The 'Dining Car'. This dining car provides many varieties of food with good quality and teh food will be delicious. Some sample menus available are Roast chicken, Baked Tomato Fish and Tipsy Pudding. Apart from these menus it also provides the dishes that were part of the Raj. This restaurant also has some photographs of the special train built for the Prince and Princess.

The waiting room of chanakya hotel is present in the entrance to this Bar. This bar offers a various domestic and international spirits. This room also has so many photographs of old Railway waiting rooms and lounges.

Sea Beach of Chanakya Hotel

The beautiful thing that is present in Chanakya hotel is that it has a sea beach. The people who visits this hotel, can view the sea from the corridors or the balconies. Puri has a sandy beach. This beach does not have any cliffs or harsh rocks. You can enjoy your life by spending time in this sea beach.
