The Orissa Small Industry Corporation Ltd. sealed Quotation are invited from the registered manufacturer/supplier with valid VAT Registration and IT PAN for Printing of Forms and Registers,supply of stationery and Computer Consumable items for year 2011-2012.

Tender papers with other details will be made available from the Administration Division of the corporation on Payment of Rs.300/-(Rupees three hundred) only for each tender paper (Non Refundable) i.e for printing /stationery/computer consumable in cash at the Cash Counter during working hour from 29.03.2011 to 15.04.2011.This Tender Notice along the each set of tender documents can be downloaded from our Website http://WWW.osicltd.in.In such case,the tender should enclose a bank draft of Rs 300/-(Rupees three hundred)only drawn on any Nationalized bank towards cost of each tender document along with their tender falling which their Tender will be rejected.The bidders will be required to deposit eamest money of Rs.5000/- in shape of crossed Bank draft/pay order drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of 'The oriss Small Industries Corporation Ltd.', payable at Cuttack along-with their tender papers.
Tender paper duly completed in all respect should be submitted in sealed cover by registered Post/Speed post only superscribing on the top of the envelop
"Tender for printing works and/or supply of stationery" for the year 2011-2012 so as to reach this office by 3PM on or before 18.04.2011 and the Tender shall be opened at 4.00PM on 180.4.2011 in presence of Tender or their authorized representative.The tender sent through any other means shall not be accepted.The committee headed by General Manager(Finance) reserves the right to cancel any or all the Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
