Notification for Nurse training cum appointment in Vikash GNM Nursing School, Balasore

Vikash GNM Nursing School, Balasore, affiliated to Govt. of Indian Nursing Council,New Delhi, Code no-2403023 approved by Govt. of Odisha Health & Family Welfare department & permission for Director of Medical Education Training(DMET), Odisha and approved by Odisha Nursing Council & Midwifery Examination Board, Bhubaneswar, has declared an appointment notice for all Indian female candidates for GNM(staff nurse) Training cum Contractual basis appointment programme 2011-12.

Details of the Training and contractual programmes are as below:
Name of the post: GNM Nurse
Qualification: +2 continue from any stream
+2 Arts, Science, Commerce pass(SC/ST- 35% & General/OBC- 40%)
Training period duration: 3 and a half years.
Age: 17 - 35 years
Sex: Only female
Training period contractual basis remuneration: Rs.500/-
No. of seats: 30
Contractual remuneration fees after training completion: Rs.6500/- per month

Facilities in Training period:
1. 100% placement
2. Facilities for study loan, good library, hostel facilities & laboratory facilities.
3. Govt. of DWO stipend facilities for SC/ST
4. NRHM will also give stipend and appointment for SC/ST candidates . So SC/ST students have to do advance agreement with NRHM scheme which will be deposited in DMET through Govt. Health & FWD.
5. During training time, our project will provide contractual basis remuneration fees of Rs. 500/- per month.
6. Installment basis payment of training fees. During training period they will have to pay their own course fee, lodging & boarding.
7. Experienced B.Sc & M.Sc nursing trained faculty.

Clinical practical training in Govt. Hospital: DHH, SDH, CHC & PHC

Appointment: After completion of their training period, there will be campus selection and the selected candidates will be contractally posted in all districts of Odisha.
