Patiala House Movie review

Based on the line of family bonding, relationships and dreams, Patiala house makes a better impact on the fans of Akshay Kumar, who were willing to see him in a performance packed entertainer. First half of the movie is good, where you can see good performances with good entertainment. But the second half was not better compared to the first half.
Performance wise, Akshay have given a superb performance as a responsible son, at least compared to his last few films. Anushka Sharma, Dimple kapadia was ok. But among them Rishi Kapoor shines the most as father of Akshay.
Direction wise, Nikhil improves his direction compared to his last flick "Chandni Chowk to China". Music by Shankar Ehsaan and Loy is not up to the mark.

In all, Patiala House is a good movie with a combination of family drama and cricket, though some part of the movie are predictable.
I will give 3 stars(***) to the movie.
