Orissa Tribal Empowerment and Livelihood Programme (OTELP) , a Govt. of Orissa programme, is being founded by DFID/ IFAD/ WFP. The programme is implemented in the districts Koraput, Th. Rampur, Baliguda, Paralekhmundi, Malkangiri, Nawarangpur and Gunupur & will continue till 2014-15. OTELP wishes to strengthen its management team by recruiting professionals n following posts on contractual posts.
