How to Prepare Rajbhog

Rajbhog is a famous Recipe in Orissa. It is very tasty and it needs less effort and time to make so we can generally tell it as a easy preparation food. This is a preparation for 2 peoples.

Ingredients For Making Rajbhog

Panner: 200 Gram
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Saffron:1/2 cup
Almond: 1/2 cup
Kaju: 1/2 cup
Badam: 1/2 cup
Black Peeper: 2 spoon
Milk: 1 cup

Preparation of Rajbhog

1)First put the saffron in the milk.
2)Grind together the following items:Black Peeper, Badam, Kaju, Almond.
3)Pour the mix in another pot and then mix it with the Milk mixed saffron.
4)Make a paste by mixing all the items but the mix should not be more thin.
5)Cut the panner in small pieces.
6)Make small balls with the mixed paste. put the small pieces of panner in the middle of the balls.
7)Boil water with sugar and make it a thin liquid.
8)Put the small balls into the liquid of sugar.
9)Boil these in fire for 20 minutes then Serve it after getting cold.
