This temple is situated near Nilgiri city, around 12 Kilometre from Nilgiri.Buses running from the Balasore city every 30 mins to Panchalingeshwar Temple which will drop you just below the hills.You can also hire cars,taxi etc to reach the temple. From Nilgiri city some Jeep and small vehicles run daily service to this temple.

Detailed Description of Panchalingeshwar Temple

As Panchalingeshwar Temple is situated on the hills, Once you reach below the hills by any method like Bus,car or two wheeler, you can park the vehicle there in the open parking space and start climbing the stairs. There are not more stairs to climb, so you can reach the temple in 15-20 mins depending upon your speed of climbing. You can pray God in the temple , there are a lot of little shops from where you can buy coconut,flower to serve to the God.

One interesting thing about the spot is there is a small water fall just aside to the Panchalingeshwar Temple , on top of the waterfall, there are 5 Shiva Ling's(Means 5 Stone sculptures for Lord Shiva )inside the water, People over there says if you search and find all the 5 Ling's then all your wishes will come true. Although finding all the Ling's is a bit dangerous because if you lose your control you can fell down the fall then also a lot of people love to do it for faith and adventure. If you walk above the hill after 10 min's walk you can find a small house of a old Devotee who stayed there for a long time for praying the God.

By Road- This Temple is around 12 Kilometer from the city Nilgiri. From Balasore continue with NH-5 and go right from Sergarh, from there continue to Nilgiri then follow the Road signs to reach the temple.

By Railway- nearest railway station is Balasore which is around 25 Km away.

By Air- Nearest airport is Bhubaneswar which is around 200Km away.
