Approach of monsoon to the state.

It is believed that rains would hit the state on second week of june.

According to the forecast of Indian Meteorological Department , the south west monsoon would hit the monsoon by the second week of june, this time the monsoon is expected at its normal time.

The first monsoon shower is expected on june 8th, the news giving a huge sense of relief for the people of orissa as the heat wave in the state had the temperature risen to about 43 degree centigrades.
