Healthcare in Summer

By taking care of few things, we can keep ourselves fresh and active in summer.


Summer season is most difficult time for our day to day life. Now a days, the temperature is rising more than what it was in past. So, we usually feel tired and our skin becomes dull during this season. By taking care of few things, we can feel active and look fresh during summer.

1. Avoid tea/coffee alcohol and cigarette in this period. These things provide more heat to our body which is not good for our health in summer.

2. Water makes wonder. Drink as much water as you can and drink it frequently in the day time. During summer, we sweat a lot and our body gets dehydrated. So to hydrate our body and to feel fresh drink at least 13 glasses of water daily.

3. Avoid excessive physical work in summer. Try to get a good sleep in night.

4. Morning walk is good for health. Get up early in the morning and go for a walk. You will feel fresh and active.

5. Avoid drinking cold drinks (soft drinks). Try coconut water instead. this is good for health and also helps your skin to glow.

6. The water you drink should be of normal temperature. Avoid drinking fridge water or excessive cold water.

7. Take fruits, vegetables, salads in your meal. Avoid oily food, fried foods, snacks. Eat protein foods.

8. Soak Bessel leaves in water for 1 hour/overnight. Drink the water in the morning. It keeps the body and mind cool. Drink fruit juice, lemon water, milk in summer. These provides the required water and vitamins to our body.
