Job Description: IDOL Wealth Ventures Ltd. is looking for Branch Head and Asst. Branch Manager
To meet the Revenue target of the unit
2) Productivity of the Unit
3) Recruit, Coach & Develop Development Managers
4) Adherence to Customer service standards
5) Supervise the activity plan of sales
6) Should have an on-rolls team handling experience
7) Interview & Recruit ABM & Development Managers
8) Min Education - Graduate with MBA preferred
9) Min 3 to 5 yrs of Work experience in sales management & recruitment, supervision and development of people.
