Job Description: IDOL Group is Looking for Branch Head in Bhubaneswar
Monitor Budget variations and take corrective action.
Define Practices & Processes.
Collect and report information on Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of market.
Audit and monitor team size.
Point of escalation for ABM/DM.
Achieving Targets of the Teams assigned to him and of the members.
Expansion of Unit, Recruitment of Team Leaders and members.
Monitor the ABM's & DM's Daily Activity Report.
Ensure roles of ABM's and DM's are performed as defined.
Sort out issues.
