For the First time Odisha is going to introduce a Machine named "Multi Purpose Warning System" to get the information in advance regarding Sunami and Cyclone. The machine is of American Manufacture by Skypak Group, which costs around Rs.30 lakhs per machine. Its testing has been done for the first time in the various locations of Puri. The warning siren of the machine can be heard upto a range of 800 Meter. The Govt. can also give the message through this machine. It is really a very good step of Govt. of Odisha towards to create awareness among the people much before the Cyclone and Sunami. Really this effort is highly appreciable. Thanks & Regards Krishna

The machines should be installed at all Odisha coastal areas. At least the inhabitants will get an information and alerted before any calamity occur. Regards, Naresh Kumar
