18 doctors were booked for malpractice during examination.

It is very shame to know that 18 doctors were booked for malpractice during entrance examinations, which was conducted for the Post Graduate Medical courses. The Director Dr. P. K. Dash, reported that the committee will take very strong action against those who follow such illegal methods during examinations.
By doing malpractice they can get entry into the PG courses, but the real question is how can they save the life of a patient in critical time? I think there is no shortcut to save lives of patients. So, they should try to gain knowledge in spite of looking for dignity and promotions in their career.

Really it is a shameful activity. Mal Practice by those persons who after getting their degree may be treated as living god. The responsibility of saving lifes of people will be in their hand. If they get the degree without having any knowledge of treatment, ooh.
These kind of activities should be handled so strictly. Actions should be taken, so that it will not repeat in future.

    Thanks & Regards

All of the fraudsters were caught at OUAT; where 16 out of 18 were found while using mobile phones inside the hall and 2 while exchanging their answer sheets. The papers were scratched by the Exam Superientendent. The CBSE and AIIMS has strict rules (ban for lifelong) for such illegal acts, but there is no such rules in Odisha Medical Entrances. State Medical Education and Training Institution's Executive Director Sitaram Mohapatra said, this kind of act (ban for lifelong, if found red-handed) will be implemented from next year onwards in Odisha. Hope, it will create a serious attention by the Medical and PG students.

The malpractice in the Medical entrance exam is really a serious matter and the Doctors those who had involved in the malpractice should be punished severely. The Medical officer's license of those Doctors might be cancelled. Because, The Doctors are like God. They have the responsibility to save the human life. So, The Government of Odisha should take necessary action against this issue. Al least, The Doctors might be suspended for some period of times.

    With regards,

    S.Manoharan.
