    Yes, Independence day and Republic day are the two major events for all Indians. On this day we declared that India is a Republic country and we approved our constitution. Every year to remember that day we celebrate the Republic day on 26th January. This year on the day of celebration, Thailand's First Woman Prime Minister Sinawatra is invited as our Chief guest.
    With regards,

    Vicky

    Dear Friends,

    January 26 is an utmost important day in Indian History so also for Each and Every Indian. On that day our constitution of Parliament was formed under the noble work of Dr. Ambedkar. And India was declared as Soverign Sociliest Democratic Republic Indpendence Country. But it is very shame to say that most of the people in India especially young generation doesn't know the importance of the day. They remember Feb 14 and know the importance of the day but not of Jan 26. How shame it is for us!

    Let we the members of Orissa Spider spread the importance of this day to others.

    @Monoharan, You are wright. State Govt. is also celebrating it. But their agenda is yet to be published.

    @vicky, a very good information.

    Thanks & Regards
    Krishna
