Citizen Charter Bill- Is it a divide and rule?

Dear Members,

Today Citizen charter bill is passed in the parliament. However, the same has been demanded by Anna and his team to be included in Lokpal Bill. Though Govt. has agreed with anna for Citizen Charter, but passed it separately.

What one will find inference out of it. Is is the great Divide and Rule policy of British Govt., which gave them much more success in India. By passing the Citizen Charter bill seperately,whether govt. wants to weaken the Lokpal Bill.

Whatever may be it is a great shock for anna and his team before Hunger strike and peaceful agitation.

Dear friend,

The passing of Citizen charter bill in the Parliament is very important issue today. The bill takes more advantage sue to its weight-age. As per the Anna Hazare statement, This bill should be passed as a separate bill in the House of parliament. It should not be attached to other bills like Lokball bills etc..
