State BJP chief Jual Oram alleged that BJD won the Umerkote bypoll by tempering the Electronic Voting Machines(EVMs). The tribal leader led the BJP campaign in this bypoll but failed to won. According to BJP the win not is regarded as public wish. They felt that BJD lost its image due to different corruption allegations against many BJD leaders. It was not possible for BJD to win the bypoll. They alleged that Government might be tempered the voting machines and won the bypoll easily.
I feel it is not right for BJP to talk like this. They must respect the people's decision. If they have any compliant then they should go to the Chief Election Commissioner and file a compliant against Government.
Do you believe BJP is right to saying such allegations openly?

BJP has almost no constituency under their shade, so they are free to deliver any kind of statement to pass. No one is going to pay any heed on them. They have failed wooing the population repeatedly, so what they will do, they have to play the game of blame game. So, they are playing it. Now when they have no issue they are blaming the EVM's problem.
Baseless arguments, it should not be paid any attention.

I completely agree with both of you. It is rather a blame game. there is no evidence for their blame. Completely baseless arguments.
