I will go with the BPUT university and KIITS university. You should have given some place for KIIT university. As in terms of Infrastructure KIIT stands first in the queue.
KIIT and then I will go with the BPUT and OUAT.

This time also you have missed good Unversities. However I will go with Berhampur University. I have studied there. I know the Infrastructure facilities available there. As far as Infrastructure facility is concerned, it is the best university of Odisha.

I feel Berhampur University has good infrastructure and facilities. Its location also suitable for higher research based educations.
