By engaging more and more members in this site we can improve the quality and make better to this site. Mainly our webmaster has to introduce some reward based programs to attract new members to participate more and more.

If the site is made more responsive and active through forum sections then I think more members will try to remain active and will form a team for discussing the matters here on OSR.
That is instead of compelling members or provoking them to write more and more, better ask them to be active on forums first and then side by side keep writing for the resource section. That is make forums primary and resources secondary, this will woo more members. Give cash credits to forum responses, which are of good quality. As remaining active on forums are much easier then writing articles for resource section.
So, once the members start being active here for lucrative cash rewards they will surely find time to get to other sections also like resource section and will post good resources, inspired by topics present in the forum section.
