Why Image Upload has withdrawn from ORS?

I want to submit some Image but there is no option in ORS

Hello Mr. Soubhagya das
Nice to know that you want to post images in Orissa spider but we have discontinued it due to copyright issues. Many members of all sister sites posted images which were already posted in the web and we cannot reproduce that content So we stopped image and video posting. but you can post easily good resources and business posts.
