Hello Mr K C Das,
I have given the reason for why your posts are in pending and also I have told you to contact me soon in my mail id but you didn't.
Generally resources are for giving a brief idea about a product, job, places etc, and those should be in 100-200 words or more. But yor posting in just 5-6 words so those are in pending.
And now edit all your pending posts and resubmit them again according to the guidelines of orissaspider.
