Duly fill the invoice format, if your name is announced in payout for any month, put a secret PIN in your profile, mention invoice number and all details clearly and after signature scan and send the filled invoice to webmaster@orissaspider.com. Invoice format is given as an attachment. Attachments Invoice format (156-2937-Invoice-format.wps)
