Yes ravi Odisha can be a better tourist place than Goa but it needs lot of effort from Both Government of odisha and People of Odisha.
Government has to create a long term plan for improvement of all tourist place,because odisha is full of hills,Mountains,temples and some ancient monuments also great puri sea beach.
And Common man like you and me has much more responsibility to keep these clean so that it can be attract to tourist

Hello Ravi Kumar Dubey,
I think yes because We have beaches but need some cleanness. Then we have monuments and temples which are really famous.
But with the govt. effort, the people of orissa also need to co-operate to make orissa beautiful and a decent tourist place.
Hope one day orissa will earn more revenue from foreign tourist soon, So that govt. can put money to make orissa a better tourist place like Goa.
