Let me first congratulate you because you have raised a wonderful topic for discussion. Power cut in Odisha is bound to happen in spite of major public outcry. Power cut especially in the summer months is highly annoying due to the high temperature that Odisha experiences in these months. But the matter of fact is that the population of the state is rising and with it the power consumption. Unfortunately the production of power at various power generation units of the state has not gone up in these years. So we have to understand and whether we like it or not stay with poer cuts.
