In Order to cater to the food lovers of the twin city of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar Hotel Swosti Premium has started the Habisso Food festival . It started on 4th of October and will be ending on 3rd of November basically covering the whole of the festive Kartick month. The Habisso Thali costs Rs 250/-(inclusive of taxes). it is available daily between these timings:
Daily: ( Lunch 12:00hrs - 15:00hrs ) ( Dinner 19:00hrs - 23:00hrs )
It is a vegetarian special food festival which is happening in the Chandan restaurant of the Hotel Swosti Premium and consists of :

HABISHA DAL
GHANTO / BESARA
SAAG MAHURA / SAAG BHAJA
CHHENA TARKARI
KACHHA KELA BHAJA / PAPAYA BHAJA
OAU KHATTA / TOMATO KHAJUR KHATTA
DESSERT / INDIAN SWEET
CHENNA KHEERI / RICE KHEERI
