Zilla Mahotsav ‘Kallola 2010 following with Utkal Divas ‘ started at Jagatsinghpur on Thursday with more attractive and colorful festival to entertain the people. The five day long festival which has been organized by Zilla Sanskruit Parishad will conclude till 5th April. The dance troupes from the district and outside of the district will pefrom their show. Maa Sarla Ghat Nrutya , Mahari Nrutya, Sahi Nrutya of Puri was special attraction on last night to entertain the local people. Another attraction of this festival is ‘Craft Mela ‘in which people enjoy these stall by witnessing the handicraft items of state and national level at their door step. Delicious Food show, Kho- Kho competition and exhibitions of different departments including DRDA, agriculture and fishery department are also another attraction of this festival.
